Store Policies
Return Policy
Items may be returned back to the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase. No price adjustments. Returns/Exchanges must be: new, clean, unworn, unused, tags attached/original packaging. Returns and exchanges require the original receipt.
Face masks, Canoes, Kayaks, Sups, Bikes, Trailers, Installed Rack Systems and Cargo Boxes are final sale. Â No refunds or exchanges on these items.
Test Paddle Policy
Mountainman Outdoor Supply Company is the original test paddle before you by canoe, kayak and SUP superstore. We encourage test paddling in particular when purchasing more expensive paddlecraft. Our policy is below:
- $30 per canoe, kayak or SUP.
- Test paddle is limited to off our dock and the duration does not exceed 15 minutes in length.
- Entire test paddle fee is redeemable if purchase of a canoe, kayak or SUP is made on the day of the test paddle.
- Test paddles are currently offered only in our Old Forge location.
