IN-STORE: Currently, our Paddlesports Shops in Saratoga Springs and Old Forge are open for curbside viewing and curbside pickup daily from 10am – 5pm. Our Saratoga Springs Gear and Clothing shop is open Tuesday thru Saturday, 10am – 5pm. Our Old Forge Gear and Clothing shop is open Friday thru Monday, 10am – 5pm for one family/group at a time. Face coverings are a MUST in all locations!
RENTALS: We will be closed for the season and unable to rent canoes, kayaks, SUPs or bikes.

ONLINE: Shop online at store.mountainmanoutdoors.com or on Locally.com for additional inventory that is available. Shipping is available for most items and is calculated at check out. Shipping excludes boats, boards, and bikes. Orders placed will be shipped out within 2-3 business days of order placement.
If you would like same day pickup, please place a phone order rather than an online order. Allow 2-3 hours for order fulfillment and the ability to pick up your items at the designated pick up location as arranged during your phone order.
PAYMENTS: We ask that all orders are paid in full at time of purchase via phone and online orders. Our preferred method of payment acceptance is credit card to help maintain the safety of our staff. Please consider this when shopping with us, however, we understand it is not always possible.
CURBSIDE PICKUP DETAILS: Curbside pickup is available as noted above. Please be considerate of others when you arrive. We ask that you wear a face covering and maintain a 6-foot minimum distance between our staff and others when collecting your items. If you are not immediately “greeted” then please call the appropriate location phone number listed above and wait in your vehicle until we are available to “greet” you.
TEST PADDLING: Currently, we are limited for this offering due to safety and staffing. Test paddling will be made available by appointment only and for higher model boats ONLY. Fees are associated with this offering based on boat preference. Proper face coverings are required during the entire experience and we ask that you provide your own PFD and paddle. If a PFD or paddle are not available to you, then these items can be purchased from us. Please make us aware of this need when making your appointment.
RACK INSTALLATION: We are offering rack installations when a rack system is purchased thru us with a minimum $75 installation fee. We request that items are purchased over the phone and an appointment scheduled beforehand to be sure we have what you need and are prepared for the installation. Racks are installed outside and at a distance from the customer. Please plan your time and the weather accordingly. We suggest a leisurely walk, bike ride or having a book to read while we perform this service. Remember the social distancing and face covering rules!
BIKE SERVICE: We are not offering bike service due to staff limitations.
RETURN POLICY: We are NOT accepting returns at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We apologize for this inconvenience, but this decision is to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. Thank you for your understanding.
